What we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the calculator or the contact form on this site, we collect: your name, phone number, email (if you give us one), suburb and postcode, the job details you tell us about, any photos you send, and basic technical data (your browser, IP address, what page you came from).

Why we collect it

To quote your job and run it once you book. The technical data helps us see what's working on the site and fix what isn't.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it with: our scaffolding crew (so they can do the job), our EWP partner network (only if your job needs an EWP — we'll tell you which partner and why), our SMS provider (for the booking confirmation + reminders if you opted in), our email provider (for the quote email if you opted in), and the small set of analytics providers you allowed via the cookie banner.

How long we keep it

Active leads + customers: as long as you're a customer plus 7 years (Australian tax record retention). Calculator submissions that don't become leads: 12 months, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to: show you what we have, correct anything wrong, delete your record (unless we're legally required to keep it for tax purposes), or unsubscribe from any communication channel. SMS replies STOP remove you from operational SMS. Email has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

Essential cookies (session, your consent record itself) always run. Analytics + marketing cookies only run if you tick them on the cookie banner. You can change your choices any time at /cookies.
