The scaff trade has a reputation. We're not pretending it doesn't exist. Here's what we promise we won't do — and what happens if we slip.
Up the day we said.
Site contact named on the quote. Crew on site within the four-hour window. If we slip, you hear it from us first.
Down the day you ask.
Once your last trade signs off, you call. Dismantled within two working days. Day three is on us.
No surprise variations.
Scope changes go in writing first, action second. The number on the quote is the number on the invoice.

Handover certificate, insurance certificate, AS/NZS 1576 reference, HRWL evidence — sent, not chased.
Right-sized — not upsold.
If you don't need scaff, we'll say so. If you need an EWP, we'll refer you. We'd rather not quote than over-quote.
