Welcome to Tailored Access. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the provision of our scaffolding services. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to these terms.

1.1. Tailored Access: Refers to the company providing scaffolding services.
1.2. Client: Refers to the individual or entity engaging Tailored Access for services.
1.3. Services: Refers to scaffolding design, supply, installation, maintenance, and dismantling as provided by Tailored Access.

2. Scope of Services

2.1. Tailored Access offers scaffolding solutions in compliance with Australian safety standards.
2.2. Services are provided within Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2.3. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. The Client must provide accurate project details, including timelines, site conditions, and access requirements.
3.2. The Client is responsible for securing necessary permits unless otherwise agreed.
3.3. The Client must ensure a safe and accessible site for the installation and dismantling of scaffolding.
3.4. Tailored Access shall not be liable for delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide necessary information or access.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Full payment of the quote amount is required before commencement of work, unless otherwise agreed upon.
4.2. Any extra hire charges will be billed at the end of each month, with final payment is due upon project completion unless alternative arrangements are made in writing.
4.3. Late payments may incur fees.

5. Safety Compliance

5.1. Tailored Access adheres to strict safety guidelines and industry standards.
5.2. Any dismantling or modifications to installed scaffolding by the Client or third parties are strictly prohibited.
5.3. The Client must report any damage or safety concerns immediately.

6. Liability

6.1. Tailored Access is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, third-party actions).
6.2. The Client agrees to indemnify Tailored Access against claims arising from the misuse or unauthorized alteration of scaffolding.

7. Warranty and Maintenance

7.1. Tailored Access provides a warranty for workmanship for the duration of the job.
7.2. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, third-party modifications, or external factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

8.1. Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches these terms.
8.2. Tailored Access reserves the right to charge for any services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Privacy

9.1. Tailored Access is committed to protecting client information.
9.2. Personal information collected will only be used to provide services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

11. Amendments

11.1. Tailored Access reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
